Does PowerMadd warranty their products?
PowerMadd is dedicated to producing the highest quality products and we stand behind them. All PowerMadd products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, and normal use breakage for a period of one year from date of purchase. Misuse, abuse or use for any purpose other than intended will void this warranty. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser of the product.

What action should I take if the product is under warranty?
To replace a product under warranty, send the product along with a copy of the receipt to verify the date of purchase to:

Be sure to include your name and shipping information. Upon receipt of the product and copy of the sales receipt we will send you a replacement part. If you have any questions, or would like to purchase parts for a product outside of the 1 year warranty, please call 651-462-8465.

My product is out of warranty, but it has a broken part that I can't get anywhere but through PowerMadd. Will PowerMadd sell me replacement parts?
